1. Possible to make your own structured workouts (complex intervals) within the app. Set by watt or % of FTP. By time, distance, slope etc.
2. Possible to do these workouts within the app. The app will then control your Elite smartrainer and automatically adjust the power/watt resistance (ERG mode).
3. Easy to export directly to Strava, TrainingPeaks or MapMyRide. Just press one button and done within seconds.
4. Export as CSV, FIT or TCX-file to your app of preference. Just press one button. Unfortunately it auto generates this as an email. Should give you the option between email and save on the device. Must email yourself to save the file.
5. Share on Twitter or Facebook. Just press on button.
6. ERG-mode. Automatically sets the resistance, you just need to focus on your cadence. Set resistance as watt or level.
7. As of May 6 2021 Garmin Connect does not accept the TCX file from this app. FIT-files work fine.
Workouts from this app will not count towards your Garmin Connect fitness calculation. This is due to licensing issues with Garmin and First Beat.

Software hangs up in the middle of sessions
The trainer is great, software is no so great. Been testing the software for a week, and it keeps crashing in the middle of the sessions. Needless to say it’s quite annoying. There are probably several others on the marked, that does the job better.
Why bother?
Last update erased my maps collection! Not surprised, considering all the short-comings of this program! The trainer is good, the software is not good at all.
