之前寄包裹放在账户里的钱想退回来,客服开始还客气,后面就不理我了。微信,邮件都不理我了。我也把退款申请单填了。

Delivery was horrible… Constant, unnecessary calls to check if I’m actually at home. Then, the driver asked me to come down (hello? I have an elevator - can you spare me 3 minutes?) way before he actually arrived. I waited and waited… I’m sorry but this is the WORST delivery service I’ve ever used. I hope you’ll improve. Till then it’s not usable.

Ordered few times so far, had unpleasant delivery service experience, the delivery person can make customer really upset and panic. Even though the food is okay, but due to the bad delivery service , I will not order from this online shop anymore.
