Don’t even bother with it. How can a company the size of Toyota have such an unprofessional amateur app that I can’t even log into. Disgraceful.

To log into the app it takes me to the website and then you can’t login cause it keeps saying incorrect details. Not very easy to use and why have an app if it just takes you to the webpage anyway?

The app used to be alright… when it actually worked. I’ve not been able to check my loan balance in months. Please get this sorted out Toyota..

Why go to website while having an app

This app never works Comes up with errors all the time You can’t even log into see what you owe on your finance or anything else and trying to contact Toyota finance is a waste of fine to tell them the app doesn’t work I don’t think anyone cares!

Login screen never appears, even when it did I logged in once and every time after that my password was always rejected even when reset. Reinstalled still no good

Very bad login keep telling me I am not registered then telling me my password wrong then not letting me ad my car so so bad we deserve better app then this just west of my time

Takes u to a blank google page

I continue to try and open app to review my account and account balance to no avail! I have even tried to re load the app no difference! Very poor for a Company like Toyota!! Surely you can get afford an IT expert to sort the problem for customers? Very poor customer service so disappointed!
