- This watch and app totally cannot make it. - You maybe get 10% chance to successfully make a call through this watch. - They might tell you is telco problem but I do not know why there isn’t any problem with Xiao Mi watch at the same location. - This one cost us $269, xiao mi cost us $79 - tech support is not supportive - the app always ask for re- login - I msg my girl in the morning, she might get it only in the afternoon. - yesterday tried calling my girl, her watch only rang when I am already together with her. - I wanna throw this watch away but that is really a waste when it still able to tell the time. - I hope they can let me trade in this watch so that I can go to buy another much cheaper brand. - I decided to give no star since they want to charge such high price and give no satisfying service and product quality. - I not able to give no star in a review..

The watch works well. Bought the R2 Cotton Candy Mix series. Able to message, call and video call. Instead of a phone, this was the best next thing to get the child connected when there is no comms available. Simple and easy to use. Price is on high side but the build and quality is good. Customer service is very patient and helpful in guiding me when I have question. Will recommend to those that need to contact their kids in school without having to give them a phone.

Took over the watch frm my sister for trial before I get a new one fr my boy. It’s worse than AirTag. Location not update promptly.. or should I say that it did not even update my boy’s location.. no network at all. Each time when I tap on ‘network’, it will ask me fr password. My sister told me she doesn’t have this issues at all when she bought it and use it fr 1.5mths. Now when I took over and problem occurs. This watch is not cheap. So people out there, buy it at you own risk. Don’t get brainwashed by the sellers/vendors on how fantastic it is. All are b*llsh*t.. worse is, I paid fr the $10.90 subscriptions. Waste my money.

I bought this watch from Singapore and took it to Singapore few months back still the location is showing as Singapore

Horrible experience. Very poor quality. Loose sim slot, pads. Never show you precise location. Had to throw it in dustbin instead of getting frustrated with it.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to getting it. Setting up was easy - that’s the only good thing about it. Watch would often shut down on its own, app was laggy all the time. Total waste of money
