This app needs a lot of improvement
There is no way to test the audio until the time of your first call, so if for some reason your audio is not set properly, you lose your call with the doctor and have to start all over and reschedule the call. I have notifications turned on for this app, yet, when the doctor changed my appointment time it did not notify me, and I did not find out until the time of the appointment, I had woken up early on a weekend for it. It is already not easy for international patients to schedule a time that works in both time zones. There is no way for a patient to request a reschedule of an appointment if the doctor’s change to the original schedule does not work for the patient. All a patient can do, is send a note to the doctor, and hope that the doctor will see it ahead of the appointment and help the patient in rescheduling. I scheduled an appointment and the receipt I got in my email for the same showed the appointment to be in the year 2022. The app probably has a message for international patients on the appointment screen to call an Indian number at the time of the appointment. It also calls out the current IST time but actually shows my local time which is EST (New York time). All this is misleading because patients are not supposed to call that number at all, they need to use a button that will become enabled at the time of the call. Hope all this feedback helps make it a better experience for patients!
