I paid Ghc1,021.00 of my daughter’s UDS school fees on their platform but they took my money and was never paid to UDS. MTN confirmed money was transferred to GTBank. UDS said it was a scam they don’t have any connection with GTBank app. Complaint was handed to GT Bank Resolutions Team but nothing was done. The MYGHPAY is a scam don’t use it.
Emails and social media requests for support simply goes unanswered. Updates to wallet payment on app does not reflect on website account and vice versa
The app crashes on iPhone when opened
Was trying to pay my old lady’s bill from abroad but it didn’t go through Pending transactions, paid an amount and still showing me same amount ... hmmmm
I have made some transactions which I’ve already been deducted but it hasn’t hit the account and it’s showing pending for days now
Fast and reliable app to payment. But after deleting a number saved for payment you can only add it back after a month .. something should be done about that.
