Not a mature password manager
It’s great to have a password manager that allows you to collaborate with team and IT service providers. However, this doesn’t integrate as a password manager in iOS and it also messes up web page presentation. Needs a fair effort still to make it a good product when compared with the likes of Keeper, 1Password and LastPass.
Doesn’t work
I created a new account and I can login to the website fine. However using the app I received a message that something doesn’t like look right.

Terrible
ITGlue has left this product to die a slow death while their sales team continues to sell it. Bad PR for sure. Fix it or kill it please.
Non functional
You can log in and search, that’s about it. Unable to access Settings or go back once an entirely is accessed. Unable to unhide passwords, errors are generated.
Doesn’t work
Cannot log into account.
App completely broken on iOS 13.2.2
Can’t even login. Fails every time with error “something looks wrong” Website also won’t load from Safari. Works fine in Firefox for iOS though.
Has potential but slow updates
We need to start seeing updates on this app if it’s supposed to entice users to actually use it.
