MyGreatness is a complete fitness app with training programs, nutrition, news from the fitness world and social interaction between members BUT we are also a challenge app. Set up a group and compete or train together towards a certain goal!
Challenges is a big part of the new version. Start a challenge a choose a goal. Who can do the most workouts in 30 days, who lifts the most kilos in a month, can we all burn 75000 calories each from training in 100 days and more. To have a goal and training buddies is extremely important for motivation in the long run.
