This app needs an update as it constantly crashes when trying to download videos, in live viewing you get a grey screen which doesn't help.

Works on ipad version 9 but not on iphone se2022!

What is the point in paying for a dash cam when you can’t even access your videos as the app just crashes! Waste of money!

Crash after crash. Thank God my driving involves way fewer crashes than this frankly awful app. Presume none of Halfords senior decision makers actually use this or something would have been done to fix it. Shareholders please note I won’t use Halfords for car tech any more, it’s my money and my choice where I spend it.

Instructions to connect your app to the dash cam on this app don’t correlate to the product. There is no WiFi button on the model I have - it is found in settings. Every time you get in the car you have to scroll through settings to turn WiFi on and reconnect on your phone settings. Ridiculous.

The apps absolutely useless… my phones connected to the cameras Wi-Fi but the app refuses to acknowledge this. Can’t access anything other than the troubleshooting on the apps dashboard. That’s me flogging this HD300 on eBay and getting a nextbase. Helfords can’t get anything right, they can’t even hire a decent app developer. Embarrassing

Try to download a clip and the app crashes so you can’t view the clip in case you crash, don’t buy it unless they update the app and sort it out

App crashes every time i try to open it. If im involved in an accident god knows how i would get the footage!

The app works fine for me on my iphone se 2020.
