useless to book appointment for consultation as you still need to go and get queue. Better incorporate a queuing system, my 10cents.
Outpatient scan/lab test results can be found on app if clinic ordered patient to undergo screening using parkway lab facilities. However, given the same scenario except for patient was hospitalised this round, none of the results will be uploaded on app? If unable to deliver complete information to end user why is there a need for us to refer? The institution should treat all patient’s medical information as sensitive and confidential data. Since we performed necessary authentication before logging in, then why still showing me that this report consisted of sensitive data and not able to show me the result! The more i use the app, it is surfacing more flaws
Do not bother using this app as it is slow, laggy, and it is easier to book appointments directly through clinics rather through this app.
What does it mean your report contains sensitive data contact your doctor ? It is worrisome to see this and no context . Further your support is not 24X7. For a medical app the writers know nothing about anxiety
Opt for home care services and received two conflicting auto email. One stating appt confirmed and the other stating Ill be contacted by a care coordinator. Nevertheless, was not contacted by anyone and comes appt date, no-one turns up….
Unable to make appointment always say full even when I login before clinic start operation.
Keeps asking me to set up device authentication. But I have not change my device at all. Nonetheless I clicked on enable device authentication but it doesn’t work. I relaunched the app but it goes back to requesting me to enable the device authentication again. App is definitely poorly programmed.
System kept going back to the face ID log in page and doesn't log in at all. Completely no access to my data from the app. Please rectify the bug issue.
Why can’t the bill be sent to our email address? Please don’t push users who do not need to use the app frequently to install and use your app.
