You should work to make this app useful. Currently it has tons of bug in every section. Very bad experience
Patients already having MaxID cannot see their details
Patients already having MaxID cannot see their details. I have 3 members registered to the Hospital with same phone number. Have been visiting max since many years yet I don’t see the previous appointment details or prescriptions. I understand a lot of effort is made to build this app, but what good it is if I cannot see my previous history which I made using walk-ins using same phone number.
Bad Response
I booked a virtual appintment but doctor didn’t called me. I called support 3 times and they rescheduled appointment but again no call from doctor
Un able to Down load Reports
Horrible App Could not down load path report-24 Hrs Urine, Protien Cretine ratio Even Max officials did not Arrange reports in 24 hrs.. P N Gupta

I have tried many times to login but the otp doesn’t pop. Please help me i have an appointment today .
Worst Application
I have book an appointment, but the DR. not attempt video call, i got voice call and no such prescription and all. Worst service ever i seen. Not recommend.
OTP doesn’t come
Trying to install app from many days but OTP doesn’t come for iPhone
Doesn’t work
Doctors not reachable. Customer care not reachable. No way to get money refunded. Looks like no one is managing it. Stay away.
All in one health management app
I have been using this app for more than a year and it is filled with features that are useful to manage your health! Right from video and direct consultation options to tracking vitals, allergies and health data. Would definitely recommend!
