Using app for 43 minutes just to be able to log in

Keeps buffering

It takes “forever” for the app to load information.
Wont update
I have this for my mom and even though the doctors and nurses can see the results and it's been a couple of days. It still won't pop up on the app or the website and I've asked the help center several times to reset it do something that used to work all the time a couple of months ago when we first downloaded but nothing I do will make it update so three days later we still can't see what her blood results are and dont say contact you because I have several times and nothing gets done
Not working
Keeps saying pulling information wait a few minutes and then no results! Tried calling phone number says there’s an error. What is going on ?????

App not accessing medical records.
No records
After creating the account a few weeks ago, still no info or records are showing on the app. Waste of time.
Sleep study
I have no documentation to view for the year 2024 or 2025 so evidently this isn’t a priority to provide patients access to the results of and medical appointments, test results etc. Do better
