Please look into this. The app used to work fine before but it just won’t launch when I updated the app

Great app to book office desk on demand. Super easy to use

They Will ask you to buy credits so thay you can use it anytime you want and once you buy credits and dont use it for sometime, they will expire your credits. Its better that you directly talk to coworking for day pass instead of using this app. Not recommend at all, deserves 0 stars.

They made me pay BIGBOX 13.2 lakhs as deposit for office space. Then they stopped responding to call and emails. Have filed legal case against them in Pune. Stay away from such fraudsters

Payments always fail, whether via UPI, card or netbanking. Also major banks like hdfc, icici not supported.

payment experience is very bad, everytime i have to enter the address for each booking, no way to save the address

Had a poor experience in one of the locations (Innov8 Old Fort) App does not allow sharing feedback for 1 day bookings. Hence sharing review here.

They sell you visits + credits, then come back and take away visits saying we simply don’t need visits anymore. Frustrating to explain them and their customer support the difference of taking away something vs deprecating something and how pricing works. Very disappointing.

Initially I had a great experience. But as is the case with most startups, once things break it all goes wrong. The app is great I think, the service not so much. I was denied entry into a co-workspace. After some heated arguments with the management of that space, they allowed me to enter the coworking space but essentially gave me a desk at the cafeteria and borderline misbehaved with me. What was my fault I never quite understood. There are no customer care numbers listed on the app so I raised a ticket which simply said we’ll call you back. I never received a call, and the best part? They closed my ticket and now the app shows I never raised a support ticket at all! Absolutely brilliant I must say. Kudos to the team at MyHQ. Put your customer in a difficult situation and when the customer asks for help simply walk away like it never happened. Ah - anyways wish this team all the very best. Hope you guys succeed. I unfortunately won’t be a part of that journey.
