Από τους πιο δυσνόητους λογαριασμούς ρεύματος και αερίου!! Απαράδεκτο app, Λάθη σε χρεώσεις παγίου! Και τελευταίο και καλύτερο, σε επιστροφή χρημάτων τελικού λογαριασμού χρεώθηκαν 4,00€ για έξοδα εμβάσματος !! Το περίπτερο της γειτονιάς έχει συνεργασία με όλες τις τράπεζες της χώρας!! Εκτός των άλλων θα μπορούσατε να ενημερώσετε τους πελάτες σας για την μία και μοναδική τράπεζα που συνεργάζεστε ώστε να αποφεύγονται τέτοιου είδους άσκοπες χρεώσεις!!!

Η εφαρμογή δεν δουλεύει καθόλου καλά σε iPhone iPad. Συγκεκριμένα δεν ανοίγει αρχεία pdf λογαριασμών αερίου. Έχει ενημερωθεί η εταιρεία αλλά τρεις μήνες τώρα δεν έχει κάνει τίποτα!

Αδυναμία σύνδεσης
Δεν λειτουργεί το κουμπί της σύνδεσης. Στον υπολογιστή έχω μπει κανονικά αλλά στο κινητό το app αδυνατεί να μπει. Δεν είναι ενεργό το κουμπί προτροπής «σύνδεση» Δεν ξέρω αν το έχει αντιμετωπίσει και άλλος αυτό το πρόβλημα.
Παλιομοδίτικο στον τρόπο πληρωμής
1. Κάθε φορά που έρχεται η ώρα πληρωμής πρέπει να συμπληρώνεις ξανά και ξανά όλα τα στοιχεία σου. Πότε θα ανακαλύψουν το Apple Pay? 2. Ένα τέτοιο προγραμμα θα ήθελα να με ειδοποιεί πριν λήξει η προσθεσμία πληρωμής του λογαριασμού. Γιατί δεν το προσθέτουν; Μήπως για να χάνω την έκπτωση; Λέω μήπως;
Θελει βελτίωση στη σταθερότητα της
Αν η εφαρμογή λειτουργούσε συνεχόμενα κι οχι να την ψάχνεις & να σε κρεμάει, θα ήταν καλύτερα. Την ψάχνω μέρες τωρα να περασω την κατανάλωση μου Η πληρωμή κάθε φορά ιεροτελεστία Καλύτερα να πληρώσεις μέσω της ιστοσελίδας παρα στο mobile app

Καλο θα ηταν να μπορω να καταχωρω την ενδειξη σε ημερομηνια που με βολευει εμενα μια και σε καποιο σπιτι πηγαινω μια φορα το διμηνο η το μηνα χωρις ομως η ημερομηνια αυτη να συμπιπτει με αυτην που επιτρεπεται η καταχωριση
Προβλήματα με την πληρωμή
Ένας βασικός λόγος ύπαρξης της εφαρμογής είναι να ελέγχεις τον λογαριασμό και να τον πληρώνεις. Τις μισές φορές κολλάει και δεν σε αφήνει να προχωρήσεις στην πληρωμή. Δεν ξέρω εάν φταίει η εφαρμογή, η τράπεζα ή οτιδήποτε άλλο και δεν με αφορά, αλλά φτιάξτε το.
