Stolen speed from FTTH users. 😡😡😡 22Mbps user got 12Mbps only. They don’t care my complaint.

Need update Need better customer service

I can’t log into my Aunty then I can’t reset password in and my ID and then I can’t enter the OTP sent to my phone. then I told customer service to solve this problem and I have been complaining for two days. but they can’t give a solution. The worst is the customer service staff hold me on the phone and dropped from her side. that’s terrible.

Mytel services owner is Myanmar Junta Min Aung Hlaing who killed his own people. Removing his application is saving Myanmar’s people life.
