The app sometimes works.

We’ve had our bed 7 months now and I waited to write a review until I tried everything and gave it time to work. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app more than a few times to try and make it all work. I’ve had to unplug my sensor 4 times in 7 months to get it to sync health data. The pressure of the mattress is wrong on the health tab and doesn’t match the pressure on the mattress tab. The preset buttons on the remote for positions are all messed up and don’t position as expected. Bed is great the technology supporting it still needs a lot of work. Oh yeah and alot in the app is spelled wrong. Update. Sept 2024- No update of the app yet and now I have to click sync a dozen times to get my sleep from the night before. Absolutely amazing to me that such an expensive device has such a terrible app.

The bed is good. The app needs help. It is glitchy. Periodically, things won’t work on it. Repetitive problems include: it won’t sync so you see the number or rating of how you slept. You can’t access the calendar. When you can access it, the calendar isn’t saving recent data. You can’t see your spouse/partners data even though you’re sharing it. The bed costs a pretty penny. We as customers deserve a working app. For the love of everything that’s good and holy….Fix the app.

For some reason, there’s no ability to detect your WiFi. It asks you to manually type it instead of simply searching your network. This wouldn’t be a huge problem except that if you leave the screen, such as to search for your WiFi password, it resets to the home page which is annoying. Even after that, it’s still saying incorrect password after multiple attempts.

I love my bed, but the app is kind of dumb. It monitors your sleep, but it gives you low sleep score if you go to bed late. It doesn’t matter how many hours you slept, or how well you slept, you will still get a low score. I’ve gotten better sleep scores with less sleep only because I went to bed early. It makes no sense. I do like that you can control the firmness of the mattress from the app, but the bed does come with a remote for that. The other thing I don’t like about the app is that you can’t delete your ex from the app. You have to delete the app and start over

Will only control one side even though it claims to be connected on another side. This app is about as intelligent as Joe Biden giving a complex speech

Just bought an iSense. App doesn’t include if you are single. So it doesn’t let you program both sides of the mattress for one person. I had a full size regular mattress before this one but since they don’t make full, I ordered the queen. So since I sleep on both sides of the bed because of it getting too hot on the other side, the app just recorded 2 hrs. of sleep time when I slept all night. I would like to have access to both sides and the app should ask if you have a partner or not.

One side of bed is synching but the other side has no data in the app for the last 2 days. Pressure also not correct on that same side in the App vs what the remote shows. Not impressed with the app.

I have used this app religiously for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. It’s a great replacement for the old controllers.
