Kegel is an easy exercise that improves the sexual health of women and men, when done regularly. The exercise itself consists of contracting and releasing the Pelvic Floor muscle, also known as PC or PF muscle (the one you contract when holding urine), so you can do it anytime, anywhere!

Just what in was after
Simple app that times sets of exercises and gives you different levels of exercises. Easy to use each night, no need to think or count, and its easy to challenge yourself a bit more and know if you're working harder than two weeka ago.
Excellent app!
Easy to use, and reminders ensure I do my exercises easily while carrying on with my day. Only flaw I found was being unable to run it in the background while using other apps on my phone, however I have been informed this will be corrected with the next upgrade. Thank you!
Fantastic
This app is great, I've tried many pelvic floor apps and this is my favorite, why? The numerous custom levels, the voice cues (no need to watch the screen) and the reminders. It's easy to use and a great price, as a fitness professional who works mainly with prenatal and postnatal women this is the app I recommend to my clients. Using this app I am able to set up custom programs and reminders which clients are more likely to do at home. Thank you
