Description

With the myKLARA app the completion of certain administrative tasks is extremely straightforward. It enables you to use some of the features of the KLARA browser version via your smartphone when you are on the move. Scan invoices or receipts and upload them directly to your accounting system. Call up the most important information about your company contacts via your mobile phone at any time. Keep an overview of your appointments on KLARA appointment booking or record your working time on projects, irrespective of location and time. Receive messages about important events in your company. The myKLARA app is your mobile helper for personal matters too: employees in your household can record their working hours and expenses on their mobile phone using the app.

Note: myKLARA is only intended as a complement to KLARA in the browser and does not cover the entire scope of KLARA. Also, certain features are only visible if you have subscribed to the corresponding widget at KLARA.ch.

The following features are available on myKLARA:

• KLARA Accounting: scan your documents and KLARA recognises the posts automatically.
• KLARA Accounting: post receipts and invoices in KLARA Accounting with the press of a button.
• KLARA CRM: find all your partners and customers and add your images, notes or new contacts.
• KLARA Project: record your working hours and the materials used on the corresponding tasks and projects with one swipe.
• KLARA Time: digital time recording for SMEs. Dashboards and various analysis options, and with integration into KLARA Project you can also view hours at project level.
• KLARA Online Booking: see all your upcoming appointments and prepare yourself optimally.
• KLARA Booking: Enter new and edit existing appointments so you can plan your business while on the move.
• KLARA Online Booking: adjust the appointment or customer notes so that you can respond to requirements more specifically next time.
• KLARA Credit cards: receive a message if you have used your Swissbankers credit card, and scan the receipt straight away.
• KLARA Home: your employees record their working hours and expenses themselves on their own telephone and can look at their payslips at any time.
• Messages: as an administrator, you receive messages if appointments are booked or cancelled, a letter is received in your digital inbox, or an order comes in via your online shop.

Of course, that is not all: we are constantly extending the functionality of the myKLARA app and integrating more features. In this way, your office becomes simpler and can be accessed via mobile and therefore anywhere at any time.
