Glitches cost money
Several times I have won this morning and have screen recordings of the game freezing or glitching. I would close the app and reopen it and lose whatever it had frozen on.

Fun to play but way too many pop ups
As the title says, it’s fun to play but has way to many pop ups which are very annoying especially when they don’t always disappear immediately when pressing ‘X’. NO NEED FOR SO MANY
Take money don’t deposit chips paid for
Paid for a chip package. App said there was an issue and request cancelled but money has come out of my bank and no chips been added to the app. It’s theft. Am contacting bank for refund as apple denied refund. Happened on the jackpot party app too - been using both for years no issue til now - will be avoiding both and Apple Pay.

As most games go these days, you need to spend real cash to get any real enjoyment out of this app. When I started playing over 3 years ago it was fun and I could spend ages playing for free. Not now unfortunately. The only time I ever win chips is when I’ve bought chips. Any free chips you receive from these guys doesn’t last long. I don’t even want the real life rewards, so I only play for fun. Customer service isn’t great now. It’s a real shame because CS used to be really good, the people were helpful and nice. It’s a real pity as this used to be a favourite of mine.
