What should be a really useful app is useless! All my saved learning has disappeared. Was unable to log in for days and then when I finally got on, everything I had recorded has vanished.

Won’t let me log in

I have had to sit again and add all my training for the last year, despite saving it all the last time. Very frustrating as I have to ask my supervisor to print another sheet off so I can get it all on again.

I am very enthusiastic about this app, it makes it possible to capture evidence of learning, good practice in real time. Creating Log entries is easy. I like that it provides resources, which I can access when I have time. I really appreciate that it is widely recognised and verifiable by any bodies I wish to share it with. The drawbacks are I found it very difficult and time consuming to set up initially, as this may be a result of my technical ability rather than an intrinsic fault. I would appreciate a chat box for advice. I also found it was prone to occasional crashes , frustrating if an entry had taken time to fill in was lost.

I like this app as you can learn and update at anytime the app saves a lot of time and record while training is still fresh in your mind

Have given up on this app. It looked great and would be if it would only work. Won’t accept hours claimed in logs. Tried cutting and pasting in a reflective account from iPad notes - it went in then after saving everything disappeared. So back to square one. Tried several attempts. Now given up. Very disappointed since it would have been a great wee app to record things. What was the point of it in the first place if no use?

Tried to log onto app on several occasions but will not let me access app. Some of my coworkers have also had the same problems.

This app is easy to record your CPL however, the total accumulated hours should be visible on the main page . It tells you how many logs but not how many hours .. Also if you try to log something in the previous year’s date it doesn’t allow you to type the correct date. Might be a technical error and needs testing. Other than that it’s good way for keeping a record of your learning journey up to date.
