Used to be a good app
Back when they would give you roadside assistance for using the app, and letting them track your vehicle usage, it was a good app. Now it just tells you how many miles you have driven, not even broken down per day.
Yes, Myles is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
Myles is free.

I just redeemed my first roadside assist-this app is awesome!
I love this app it actually works
I’ve been trying to open the app and it blackscreens and crashes before loading.
Well I THOUGHT we earn points for driving🤨 which I do ALOT of driving! But however my points just stays on 1000🤷🏾♀️ I mean yes I started at 540 when I downloaded the app then it increased to 1000 but that’s it. So is it waiting for me to make a roadside request to use my points? Am not understanding...the more I drive the more points I shall see🧐 am assuming. Other than that I will not use it if that’s the case bc what’s the point. Then it’s not available in ALL states. Soooo again 🤷🏾♀️ confused. Which states is MYLES only used in/for🧐🤔 Updated: 01/06/2020 After I wrote this review it’s weird bc I tried out this app on 01/05/2020 for the VERY 1st time. I want to say well I actually liked it compared to HONK only for the fast service. I need a flat tire change and the dispatcher came earlier than expected. Like on the app the ETA says 57-76 mins after they’ve found a dispatcher for you. Now I don’t know if that’s only bc of what I needed done but either way I hope if I use this app again for anything else like gas, tow, etc etc that they’ll come as fast as my 1st time. The dispatcher did call me informed me of the time bc yes I was about to cancel and just literally pay out of pocket money to honk. I ended up NOT canceling bc Elijah told me he was 26mins away. He also said Myles always just gives that time but sometimes a dispatcher can be closer making the wait even lesser. I was happy for that😃 will definitely use again👍🏾 But I just gave 3 ⭐️’s bc yes I want to earn MORE points! At least so we people who drives a lot can save money🙃
Love the idea. However, if it’s not available in all states, a list of where it is available should be easy to find. Also, creation of an account or perhaps linking it with your phone number should be a thing. I was going to uninstall and reinstall the app when I had problems tracking trips but because it’s not account linked I’d be losing 200+ points.
It records cumulative mileage. I see no way to check daily miles or any reporting function at all. It’s an odometer with zero value. Was invited to try the update. I am not sure what good this thing does for users. It appears they just want to capture where we go and how fast. I see zero value but they claim you earn points towards roadside help. Seems to be a very fishy app. You can’t even review what is being sent. I had hoped it would map where I’ve been but if it does only the developer can see it. I stick with my review. Zero user value. I understand we earn points. I have aaa so no value to me. Allow us to share the data and overlay it on a map to create a historical record of where we drive and I will change my opinion. Giving you all my data without allowing me to also have it for a maybe roadside assistance is not a good trade.
