Worst app and service
The app does not open at all inspite of all efforts. Why design such an app and cause problems. Even customer care cannot connect

Stuck at login page
Since I’ve tried many times to login but no success. No OTP is sent nothing’s happening. Looks like you guys really have to work on the basic functionalities of this app. This is an insurance company’s app. One can’t be so ignorant on this. Please update it.
Privacy issue
When I download policy kit in my login, it downloaded some other custom details. This is serious violation. Please check your records.

we were able to login till previous year renewal but once we changed the policy and try to login with new we are unsuccessful
