Allarmi, allarmi e ancora allarmi…
Non riesco a capire perché, dopo aver reinstallato l’app diverse volte e averla riconnessa al dispositivo, attivati i servizi di localizzazione ecc., OGNI VOLTA che sono in auto con mia figlia dietro di me scattano allarmi di continuo come se fossi a 10m di distanza… non ho un’auto così spaziosa perciò davvero non capisco. Peccato ma non posso assolutamente valutarla positivamente.
È impazzita!
La app è stata utilissima per circa 1 anno, ora ha cominciato ha inviarmi di continuo notifiche “ di aver chiuso la app e di riaprirla per la sicurezza” e l’unico modo per non avere questo continuo bombardamento di avvisi è tenere la app sempre aperta (non parlo di posizione sempre attiva). Il tutto mi arriva anche se io e mio figlio non siamo in macchina. L’ho reinstallata e ancor prima di riassociarla al cuscino mi ricontinuava a mandare le solite notifiche senza senso! Tolta dalla disperazione!
Si iPhone non funziona bene
L’app è molto intuitiva e gli allarmi funzionano molto bene. Peccato che su iPhone XS sia impossibile aggiungere i contatti di emergenza perché il tasto continua, dopo aver inserito il nome del contatto da aggiungere, non funziona! Spero risolviate il problema perché è quasi inutile se non si possono aggiungere i contatti di emergenza!
App con bug su IPhone 7
Su iPhone 7 non è possibile proseguire nell'installazione dell’app. Quando si arriva alla schermata in cui dare autorizzazione per Bluetooth,notifiche e gps non si può proseguire in quanto non è possible scendere in fondo alla schermata. Se non viene risolto non si può usare.
Impossibile usare su IPhone SE 2020
Procedura di attivazione impossibile su IPhone SE 2020..si blocca sulla schermata dei consensi e non si riesce ad andare avanti..

Veramente assurdo! Impossibile utilizzare l’app con iPhone SE 2020! Si blocca nella schermata dove ci sono i vari consensi. Ho letto che il problema deriva dallo schermo piccolo del cellulare. Ho contattato più volte l’assistenza ma non mi hanno mai risposto. Veramente assistenza al prodotto pessima. Se hai l’iPhone SE 2020 dell’app non te ne fai niente
