Probably the worst app ever; now crashes every time I try and log in. Payment takes forever to proceed 99% of the time never does and I’ll have to resort to the direct debit. Essentially no way to pay off your debt if you wanted to just wait it out.

The app works on my Iphone 12 pro before but i upgraded my phone to Iphone 16 pro and every time I log in the app is forced to close why is that?

Try to make a payment and I get a blank screen for authentication.

Downloaded so I could overpay and it crashes at the authentication stage. The app has one job and it doesn’t work. What a waste of space.

App crashes on start up unable to view any information at all. Enter all log in details press enter app just doesn’t open at all and crashes.

What a terrible app never works constantly crashes can’t view my policy can’t wait to leave would give it 0 if I could!!

The app used to work but is now inactive. Have tried resetting my password several times but do not get a link sent by email to the registered email address for the account. Have tried registering only to be told that the account already exists and I should try to log in or change the password. Stuck in a (very frustrating) loop

Never work how should. Have to call Moto novo always.
