Poor networking in fact useless app because i purchase a lot of airtime throught it but after they debited me from my bank mtn will not released the airtime soor poor networking

I tried to use this app to subscribe for data, I was trying for more than 3 hours with no positive result. I had to resort to USSD code for data subscription. What is the whole point of creating an app without any usefulness?

It will be interesting if customers can make use of the App even they have exhausted their data and wanted to buy data through My MTN App.
