Myndfolio is a mental wellness app that helps you be more ‘Intentional’ about life. Record what matters to you most in a simple daily journal, developing the habit of recording daily gratitude, affirmations, intentions in the format of your choice: text, image, audio or video. If you are new to journaling, to get started just answer a few simple prompts focused on improving your daily emotional health. Easily browse through your past intentions and thoughts, and with a little magic, we highlight what’s been important to you in the past. You can share your intentions with your loved ones or mental wellness coach if you choose to do so.
