New app is garbage
I recently updated my app after having a technician fix my backup tracking device. Previously, the app used to give accurate location to the nearest meter especially when parked. I also loved the trip view with pin points. Enter the new app and all that was thrown away. Which retard approved this change? The location for when parked is always off by around 500 to 600 metres. This doesn’t give me confidence. I am tech person and happen to understand and build GIS applications for fun and profit, I am throughly disappointed and will be cancelling the nonsense this month.
Does what it needs to.
App does what it needs to do. Couldn’t understand why people are rating it so low. It updates location as soon as you park. Less than 10 seconds even. I setup alerts to let me know when the ignition is on and when I’m moving. It updates my trips as soon as I complete it. Happy with what it needs to do for my peace of mind.
Notifications
Please update notifications for alerts to be time sensitive. The whole point of these alerts is so that they’re delivered immediately, however, most alerts don’t send notifications or show them late (under settings there is no way to classify these notifications as time sensitive since the app doesn’t flag any of its notifications as time sensitive)
Bad service
Never tracks my vehicle, it used to have that feature but just disappeared then I contacted them and said they will sort it out, but still no word and it’s been almost 2weeks now. Not a happy customer 😒
Netstar app inaccurate
The app works after fitment but a few days later your trip data, general vehicle data and location is either way off or non-existent. Fortunately you can still use the online website to track and use all features but you’d imagine that doesn’t track real time. What’s the point of having an app that works when it wants to as opposed to all the time?
Sleek App
The App is easy to navigate and I actually enjoy using the Home Screen. Love the shortcuts! I would like to make a recommendation though. Please enhance the Logbook functionality. I want to manage my business travel easier.
App has never worked
Why is this App neglected, it has never worked. It does not allow a person to login even when you are logged in on the web app nothing happens its just blank
