And monthly upload rebate is also gone - Not really a good news as a royal customer who supports and spends hundreds monthly at myNEWS for years - Even purposely wait and went to myNEWS stores to spend - Time to say goodbye…Will stop using and delete myNEWS app after finishing the balance in the app - It’s time to try something new - Other apps/brands - Bit sad but still have to say…Bye bye myNEWS.
Top up not reflected
i've top up RM50 on 31st Dec 2024 but haven't reflected as of 1st Jan 2025. Have submit feedback but no one contact yet. Very bad experience
Verification method
I could not received authentic code for login or register purpose. Suggest to add various verification method like email.
I have tried to login multiple times, its said my number is unregistered. Then when i tried the QR code, its become error.
Cannot edit date of birthday
When I first register you need to full column of name birthday, gender and so on. But the birthday column I cannot edit or change. It will automatically fill 01.01.1990. Can you fix it since me and my friend would like to download the apps. Thank you.

Unable to edit DOB, it was default 01-01-1990🤯
New user can’t set date of birth
Auto turn 01-01-1990 wanna click to edit but no any select option.
And the date of birth once registered is not allowed to edit.

Can u add space, offset on top and bottom? For full screen phone like iPhone,those button on top and bottom are not clickable or super hard to click
