Tried all ways to get access to purchased magazines but to no avail. Very digitally unfriendly to get new password or any help! Written more than a week to get help to restore purchases but to no avail. Very difficult to reach out for assistance on IT matters and access to digital Content. Avoid subscribing even if it’s only $1!!!

Not a good experience at all. I’ve uninstalled the app.
When trying to create an account using email, after entered the email, the pop-up page “Sign-in with email” appear and prompt for password. So now cannot create an account.

Very disappointed and totally drained - it has problem logging in thru apps either mynewsstand or magzeter and found no phone number to get help. Very frustrated and felt like a cheat!

Seriously???? After paying for the magazines, there’s still SO MUCH DIGITAL/ VIDEO ADS in between the pages? It is really annoying. I know you guys need advertising revenue to operate but this isn’t the way. It really spoils the momentum of reading and spoils the mood. Not only that the UI is just terrible. When you zoom in, after a few seconds, it just zooms out.
