I love having all of my medical records in one place, and the ability to review test results more quickly and easily. I do hope that a facial recognition login can be added to allow even faster and more user-friendly access. This deficiency is why I removed one star and contemplated removing two.

Easy to use and loaded with valuable information.
Very solid
Honestly, it’s not perfect but for a health care system’s app it’s very good! There’s not areas that are just black holes and I appreciate that.
So hard to find anything
Also I answer all the questions on the app before my appointment..then I get to my appointment and the exact same questions are asked about my meds. What’s the point of this? I can’t find the paper work from my last appointment , I don’t get it! Where do I look for this. I click on everything and it’s not there. I remove old meds that I no longer take on the my chart, then again. I get to the doctors office, the nurse asks the same questions I told her that I removed the meds and of course she doesn’t know why they are still showing up…and she tells me that she can’t remove them either. I’ve checked my chart and the are still there. Very poor system. Your system has a lot to be desired. Also the doctors and the nurses don’t know what the patients see on my chart, how about having a training on This for the medical personal so when I mention something on my chart they know what I’m taking about. My doctor told me he doesn’t know anything about the mychart. My doctor sent me the name of a specialist that I should see…I never received this I formation either in My chart or as a email. So I didn’t know about this until my next appointment 6 weeks later. And I had already see a pain specialist that I choice, and not one that was recommended. By my doctor. Again what’s wrong with your system????
Can never find…
Dear friends, In the portal to the Rush system there is a “visit” link where I can find all of the comments made by my doctors. I cannot find a similar link in my Northwestern portal and so I can’t find my doctor’s notes and assessment on my condition. Please create one! Also, make it prominent! It would be so helpful for those of us who struggle with techy stuff to have a clear path to important info from our doctors, which right now is lacking for me. I just found out from another doctor that I was supposed to take a medication after a test result from last February and could not find the order in my account. So, again, please make this section of the portal user friendly! Sincerely, Laurie Schwartz
I apologize for saying that the Rush app has a “visit” link. My husband showed me that the link to find a doctor’s comments is under the category “appointments” in both the NM app and the Rush app. My complaint holds true, though: it would be so much more user friendly to have a separate category for visit information/doctor’s notes. Please consider this change. Sincerely, Laurie Schwartz
Terrible
This app is difficult to navigate . Terrible
Confirming drop downs
Check past/other hospitals data when transcribing, mistakes made in mine.
Needs work.
Not all appointments are posted to the app. Rescheduling on the app is not offered for some specialties.
So many problems
This app is by far the worst of similar apps I have encountered. The most irritating thing is that does not indicate whether an appointment is live, video, or telephone. No matter what type of appointment it is it lists the full address of the doctor, causing confusion.
Secondly when you arrive on the app you should be immediately notified if you have messages, test results, bills due, or pending appointments. When you get to the first screen inside there is absolutely no indication that you should click somewhere to receive important information.
