App freezes
All was good until it wasn’t. Signing into ap with multiple accounts freezes when switching. If I use my password keeper to log on there is no issue

Love MyNovant
Love the ability to read articles when I want. Easy to use and get my medical information
App will not launch.
The app will not launch, it only blinks and goes back to the Home Screen when pressed. I have an iPhone 7. I’ve deleted the app 3 times then reinstalled it. No success, please fix!
It was better before
I spent a couple years away from Novant, so didn’t have the app for a while. Previously, the app was speedy, easy to use and locate my info, and I didn’t dread when I needed it. Now, it’s incredibly slow (as in I can’t even get to a log in screen inside 5 minutes right now) and figuring out where I need to go for what I’m looking for is awful. It would be awesome to have my prior doctors in my record pop to the top when I have to search for a doctor. As a patient user of the app, I would like the app to be fast so I can do what I need to do between meetings or in the small openings during my day. As a patient user of the app, I would like for the app to be user friendly and easy to follow so that I don’t have to hunt around for things I need, like making appointments, seeing already scheduled appointments, and communications.
Apple Health App
It would really be nice if the Novant app could “hook in” to the Apple Health app so we can get to medical records easy and thay can be applied to our statistics. Apart for that, here in NC, it works pretty good.
Sad
A pretty sad app that has no support. I never received any information on how to transition to the new site. So when I tried to get help--NONE.
No Apple Health Record Supprt
C'mon, Novant. It's 2024. We want to be able to import our health records into Apple Health. You have to be one of the largest institutions dragging your feet on this. I see single location clinics that have it.
My Novant
I cannot login. It keeps telling me welcome New Hanover patient. I do not live in Hanover county I live in Davidson County. The app is horrible. Somebody please help.
What’s going on?
Why am I getting post about New Hanover & Kimberly?
App doesn’t work
Every time I try to use the app after a couple of weeks, it loads my log in info and it just gives me the bubble screen for 15 mins and finally times out. Better off using the desktop version. Very helpful WHEN it works though.
