As someone that has steered away from resistance bands in the past, my mind has been changed. Using MYOKORE’s app alongside their top of the line bands and their Methodology has been a game changer. My booty has never looked (or burned) so good 🔥 highly recommend. Easy to use. Amazing workouts that you can do anywhere at any time. Top notch trainers. Would recommend to anyone 👌🏻
