Horrible app
I just purchase the myolift device and I was excited to use it, but I can’t get the app to work at all. It won’t connect and I can’t by pass it to watch any of the videos on how to use it. Seriously people fix your app!
Trash app!
This is the most frustrating nightmarish experience trying to do business with this company and simply trying to use the device that I paid for. I’ve been a customer for a while so I should not have to pay the $4.99 per month they tell me, but then the app keeps telling me there’s a billing error. They give wonky instructions for off-line use and now I can’t even log into the app without getting an error that says something goes wrong and status code. Customers should be able to use the app when they feel like it therefore technical support should always be available not just until 4 PM I LOVE THE RESULTS WHEN I’M ABLE TO USE IT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE RESULTS. DO NOT BUY.
Bad app
I have tried to use my QT plus on two differs phones. I have deleted and reinstalled and I still can’t use my Qt. This is getting very frustrating. I’m disappointed in Myolyft.
Terrible app
I never use my device because the app never works. Tired of calling customer service. A waste of $$.
App buggy
App is not working, just a blank screen. Lots of money spent on the device for the app not to work. Very frustrating, not sure I’d recommend, I love the device but it’s useless without the app working so…
Dont purchase!
This app is the worst, only open the machone to ise with the app and doesnt work, even you erase the app and download again still not working, when you want to return the item they make all impossible even they said 30 days warranty! They even want you to pay the shipping cost for something that doesnt work at all!! Go and purchase from a better store dont lose your money

Today dec 27th the app is not working … fed up of this stupid app
Worst app ever
The app does not work. I’ve restarted my phone as well as deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times.
App is terrible
Over the last year that I’ve attempted to use the app, it has crashed so many times and now doesn’t work when I tap on it from my Home Screen. I wish the device was usable without the app.
