In principe handige app, maar het lukt gaast nooit om verbinding te maken met mijn E-Corsa. Niet handig

By far de slechtst werkende app op mijn telefoon. Als ik de laadstatus van mijn auto wil inzien, heb ik sneller resultaat door een halve kilometer naar mijn auto te wandelen dan te wachten tot de app eindelijk geladen is.

De My Opel App was al niet al te best en soms was je een half uur bezig met verbinden en opdrachten verzenden, maar nu ben ik automatisch uitgelogd en duurt inloggen heel lang. Na het inloggen krijg ik de melding dat er technisch een probleem is en dat ik het opnieuw moet proberen, wat dan weer niet lukt.

App doet het vaak niet. Opel heeft daarvoor een helpdesk. Na meerdere keren melding dat ze de oorzaak van het probleem nog zoeken, hoor ik nu al maanden niets meer.

Maakt meer dan de helft van de tijd geen connectie met de Opel. Hierdoor kunnen functionaliteiten niet gebruikt worden en zijn er geen actuele inzichten. Als je dit probleem vervolgens meldt krijg je 1001 vragen. Die ik vervolgens allemaal netjes heb beantwoord inclusief schermafbeeldingen en logbestanden, om vervolgens niets meer te horen. En dat tot 4 keer toe. En nee het ligt niet aan mijn telefoon of systeem beide nieuw en ook de app is de laatste versie. Ik heb hem nu gedeïnstalleerd. Erg slecht voor een bedrijf als Opel!!

Je kan werkelijk niks nuttigs met deze app. Functies zoals auto starten, verwarming of airco aan kan niet. Dit zou tenminste bruikbaar zijn. De functies die er nu in zitten zijn waardeloos

Many users report that the app stays stuck on the same day or doesn't load any data at all. For those relying on timely information about their vehicle, this is both frustrating and impractical. The app suffers from frequent technical issues. It’s not uncommon for the app to remain unresponsive for days on end, making its features unusable. Stability leaves much to be desired, and the lack of updates to address these issues only makes matters worse. The app feels unfinished and urgently needs optimization and troubleshooting. When users seek support, they’re not always helped effectively. Often, they’re advised to reinstall the app or try other basic fixes, which usually don’t solve the problem. This leads to a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. In its current form, the MyOpel app is, unfortunately, frustrating and practically useless for the average user. The promised convenience and functionality are undermined by technical flaws and poor stability. Opel would be wise to release a major update or overhaul to address these issues fundamentally. Until then, this app is more of a hindrance than a help.
