This kind of app never expected. This is totally bad graphics and user interface. Programming level zero. Fresher student make better app.
Description
MyPAN is India's first ever mobile application where user can instantly apply for new PAN or Correction using using(Physical/ eSign /eKYC) and also track their PAN Card Status.
• Apply For New PAN through Mobile App (Form 49A : Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)
User can now apply for PAN card through mobile using any of the above mentioned services i.e. physical/eSign/eKYC and can make the payment online for the same. Users can fill the application in the offline mode. Internet is required on selecting the identity proof docs and submission of application.
• Apply for Change / Correction in PAN card (CSF: Physical/e-Sign /e-KYC)
Existing PAN card holders can apply for change/correction in PAN cards using any of the above mentioned services i.e. physical/eSign/eKYC. User can fill the application form in the offline mode. However, while making selection for supporting documents (like ID proof, address proof etc) and submitting of application form, Internet connection is required.

• Track Your PAN
After the successful submission of the PAN application and on receipt of the documents submitted along with the PAN application at the nearest Regional office users can track their current PAN application status through this service. PAN application status will be updated within 3-4 days after the submission of PAN application
• Download Forms:
Users can download various forms related to PAN and can also get the link for downloading the form on their Email Id through “Download Forms” option in the App.
• Direct Payment
Users who have not made the payment while applying for PAN card due to some reason and have Application number with them can opt for this option for “Direct Payment” This option enables them to make the payment as per their Convenience.
• Direct eSign:
Users can upload document/ authenticate Aadhaar/ generate e-sign and continue from where the system got interrupted after the successful payment, giving an option of submitting the application physically.
• Direct e-KYC:
Users can upload document/ authenticate Aadhaar/ generate e-KYC and continue from where the system got interrupted after the successful payment, giving an option of submitting the application physically.

You have to guess what you are typing.. because of white background ..but you are actually typing..
My Pan iOS App
Not able to see what I have typed. It shows only blank. Hence if there is a mistake, it cannot be corrected.

Stop ! Before you download read below
Once you download this app you may face below challenges, 1. ₹71 will be taken as a fee for PAN reissue and you’ll have app kick you out not let you request for the Re Print although you’ve paid 2. You won’t be getting any support from the help function 3. ₹71 may not be much for you but when you want something to be done with that money and you aren’t able to it’s just a scam as the app will eat the money and you will be handed over a text that money has been taken. You may now proceed
USELESS / Total waste of time don’t download
Application was filled with ref no M 000149284 (Rampal ) first problem asking mother name irrespective of it’s not required Second with payment nothing is working net banking , credit card, debit card Amount deducted from all sources but application status shown as pending for payment
Need to Improve
I was trying to download my e-pan card but nothing is appearing in that section except the captcha.
It is a waste of time
The app links don’t work. Forms have errors and they get hanged. It is a waste of time and energy. The IT DEPT needs better and more skilled staff. Sorry to say but this is the fact. On top of that it wants me give it a rating. Or it will not post my reviews. Ok 1 star.
