What happens? PTPTN not in the list anymore? No info update changes for us?

very very poor service. come yesterday said must set appointment. i dont see alot of people. so i set today morning 11am, i come early 10.15am, they can said system down? why can they inform early? no courtesy as well to inform when you konon ask me to set first appointment. Others places like times square no need booking. just wait awhile. as i know there are few machine. Then, they can ask me go mydin subang 🤦🏻‍♀️wei.. no easy to go here and there change coin. i come yesterday and today just waste my parking ticket. change money is not free? lousy people that work there. 🙄😡😡😡.

Same issue like my ptptn. Cannot pakai at all. Really don’t understand why released if unstable. This makes rakyat life harder

very much satisfied. hv visited 4 banks before all coin machines not working either out of order or machine full and no one ever bother to clear it off. its disappointed and good if the service put to hold forever. all claim to be big big bank but the services lousy. so pls head to mypay for your coin conversion in future and do not ever go to banks.

Not able to register, last step verification sms code to your mobile not working. Opted for email also not working. All the way to the machine and not able to register. Not reliable.

Cant even register. Blank screen every time you submit your info

Why ah the app so hard to login???? Everytime I login it’s gonna scroll to nothingness can’t login. Fix your apps sia. I’m a ip14 user face stupid issue like this haizz
