Do not use them! I’ve been trying to get them to help me recover files for 3 days. They won’t respond. I’ve lost pictures of my daughter as a baby and videos with my mom who died. Wish I had never used them. If o could give zero stars I would.

I spent three hours only to get nowhere in troubleshooting a problem with no resolve. And I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT WORK WIT THESE PEOPLE. You have been notified. Too bad the isn't a selection for on stars.

terrible, awful unreliable backup. It stops backing up your data and you don't even realize that 10 days have gone by without a backup. A lawsuit waiting to happen if you rely on this program to keep your data current. Or you could lose 10 days of billing data like i did. no live tech support--just email that tells you to uninstall and reinstall their program.

This app needs to removed from the App Store! They stole money from my account!

They keep charging my card after telling them to cancel 6 months ago. Bad user interface and just try to contact them by phone. How Apple lets a company like this stay on their system is truly an enigma.

Worked fine for 11 months. Since last week I could not access my files, said my access was revoked! Now that I can access my files....they are gone. I had186GB backed up and now only 51GB are there. One photo out of hundreds is backed up! Support is form email after form, all saying they will send it to another department! Hopefully I can get a refund for the remaining 2 yrs I paid for!

My story is the same as these already posted... Paid for unlimited and then they suspended my account when my data was halfway uploaded.

I bought the UNLIMITED data plan. When my backed up data reached 816GB after 9 months they locked my account. When I called I was told I had exceed normal usage and was in violation of paragraph 14 of their Terms and Conditions. NO WHERE on there website nor in their T&Cs does it state their is a limit to their UNLIMITED data plan. This company practices unethical business practices and employs bait and switch methods knowing that if you already have 800GB of data stored it becomes very time consuming and expensive for you to back out. DON"T use this company. They are a ripoff!!!
