Takes forever to sync
I have pic and vids that are sync to this app and we are going on a week now and still not done downloading. You have to have the app open in order for it to sync your media.

Fabulously designed
No mass download feature?
There is seemingly no easy way to re-download all my photos once they have been uploaded. That is a very essential part of photo management and I can't contenue to use this app if it doesn't exist.
App freezes with iPhone!
I restart the app countless times and I go to click on a photo to open and the app freezes! I can’t access any of my photos!!!
Bad so far, don’t use
I downloaded it to save space but now I can’t even view or download any videos with size more than 4-5 minutes . Very upset with this . I am still hoping I can retrieve all those family videos if there is a way . I would not recommend it to my worst enemies .

THOUSANDS OF PHOTOS GONE
Please please please don’t depend on this to save your photos.I stupidly decided to trust my photos to this app and they’re just gone. I was told by my cricket representative that I can just upload them and when I get a new phone they would still be there and safe. Years of my memories are just gone and I’m devastated.PLEASE Listen and don’t use this all for a back up. It doesn’t even back them up honestly, it just stores them somewhere else other the your photos and eats up storage!!! They need go go away with this or freaking fix it because all online I can find is people facing the same issues.
