If you don't have 28 days pill with 7 days placebo you have to pay to use the app

keeps loosing all my data and then i have to start all over
Good not great
I use this app because I like it better than the other apps but I feel like it can be improved. I just wish for the premium version they offered more pill packs, because I used to use Alysena (I think that was the name) and the pill pack theme was there but for pill I'm on now, Mirvala, there is not pack so I have to use one that looks similar but none of them actually look the same.

Was working fine but now im getting notifications during my break week that wont go away
Great for reminders, but..
Having people get fast and accurate responses about their genuine questions are fantastic, and some threads are just there for people to laugh together. However, the bullying on this app is ridiculous. There are some great people on here to chat with about health and life, but some are here to either A) spread false info or B) tear down people for VERY insignificant things. It’s almost enough to make me want to delete it just from seeing the way these women treat each other :( but the reminders are so good that I can’t! I’ve never missed a pill. ALL IN ALL: Use for the reminders, but beware of the forums.
Absolutely horrible lack of communication
I emailed them about a year or so ago about why my account had randomly been suspended, I had done nothing wrong on the forum and was suspended without reason. So I emailed them to get a answer to as in why I had been banned from the app? I emailed 3 times and got no response back horrible for such a great app that I had loved at the time. I found something much better that is actually more helpful in my opinion, it’s called Flo have had no problems with them at all and treat everyone equally. Due to the lack of support and communication from this app it made me delete it for good. I didn’t even care if I could no longer use the app I just wanted a response to as in why my account had been suspended!!! I hope with these negative reviews something is done about these reoccurring problems that they keep having!

It’s set for 4am and i can’t change it
New/old app
Loved the app before, used to use it a lot, now everyone I try to open the app it closes me out. I can’t write notes or even try to use the calendar. Was hoping the new updated version would let me back in.
