Unable to open the app from iPad or iPhone and receiving the same error on both. Reaching out to tech support, only response is “try another iPad” and somehow gave themselves a 5 star rating on the assistance before I was able to give them feedback - absolutely unacceptable behaviour.
App Not working. I am on iOS 16.5.
Both my iPhone and iPad are generating the same error when the app is launched: “widget can not be loaded from the current domain ‘about://‘”. Both devices have the latest iOS loaded and we’re power cycled. I am a PMI member, just purchased a course, and a bit disappointed that a web-browser is still needed to manage my profile and courseware content. Perhaps I am overlooking something and totally open to suggestions if someone else had the same issue and was able to resolve it.
Can’t even get to the login screen because of the broken widget.
For an institution based on project management - I am astounded that they would let this be in the marketplace. The app will not load because the widgets are not properly configured - a basic step. PMI should be ashamed.
