You can access the application without a ticket and discover all the points of interest in Pompeii.
By accessing the application with a ticket, you will be able to take advantage of additional content. In this case, you will be able to access:
• By scanning the QR Code or the barcode shown on the ticket
• Manually enter the order number shown on your ticket
Application functionality by signing in without a ticket.
The Map feature allows you to discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. For each point of interest, you will find descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Exhibitions and Routes feature you will find our suggestions for visits, such as dedicated exhibitions and routes.

App slowness
App requires continuous internet access while in use on Pompei site, which is not relevant considering absence of wifi and poor 4g coverage in the ruins That would be better to have a single download all resources after trust is established thanks to QR code
Des améliorations à faire
Nous avons utilisé l’application aujourd’hui… il y a pas mal d’améliorations à prévoir, des bugs à fixer et éventuellement proposer de télécharger une carte plutôt que d’exiger une connexion internet qui ne fonctionne pas partout sur le site… l’application pourrait être très utilisée si elle était de meilleure qualité.
Décevant
Cette appli n’est pas faite pour ceux qui n’ont qu’un seul ticket pour plusieurs personnes et qui n’a pas de se code. L’utilisation sans ticket n’est pas interessante, peu d’info, pas d’audio.
Beaucoup trop lent
Inutile car d’une lenteur catastrophique. Meme le plan net charge pas assez vite. Fuyez
A améliorer d’urgence !
Seulement deux langues : italien et anglais ! Pour un site archéologique mondialement connu c’est peu…

Au podium des pires app jamais réalisées!
Mais quelle Horreur
Mais c’est code en quoi ? Ça rame. Quand on switch il a perdu et revient à la page d’accueil. Ça fige tout le temps. Il faut 15 secondes pour qu’il revienne. Puis 15 pour comprendre ou on est et corriger le sens des flèches. Quand ca revient sur la page « reprendre le parcours » il faut encore 10-15 secondes pour que le bouton fasse effet. Mais qui a fait ca ? J’ai le dernier iPhone et on dirait un dinosaure. Le parcours 3h est confus. Et surtout on rate de nombreux points bien plus intéressants. Et pire, le parcours n’est pas à jour puisque de nombreux sites sont fermés. A retour totalement !! Deux langues c’est aussi léger. Google Translate ? PS : merci pour la batterie aussi.
