Παλεύω 2 βδομαδες για την ταυτοποίηση και δεν απαντάνε σε κανένα email… καμία βοήθεια

Very bad service

I have been a Mypos customer since two years now and I had to close my company which I did at the end of August , I informed Mypos immediately in order to guide me about what I have to do with them to end the cooperation ( send them back the pos or how to delete my account etc) but since a month they foul me and they say your request is in process but nothing. I ve never had to use my pos in my company since I was working with bank transfers , so I imagine how would be if I had to face an issue , how the assistance would be from this company. I would never cooperate with them again !

Έκανα την επιβεβαίωση ταυτότητας εδώ και δεκα ημέρες μου ζήτησαν κάποια έγραφα για την επιχείρηση τους τα ανέβασα την ίδια ημερα, έχουν περάσει 10 μέρες και ακόμα λέει ότι δεν έχουν ελεγχθεί… Σήμερα πάω να κάνω αίτηση σε μια τοπική τράπεζα και σε 2 μέρες θα έχω νέο pos…
