Complete the PROBE questionnaire on-the-go!
The patient reported outcome, burden of experience (PROBE) questionnaire was developed from patients and for patients. The PROBE study group invites you to participate in a multi-national, patient-focused project to investigate and directly probe patient perspectives on outcomes that affect your own life and care.
myPROBE allows you to:
* Quickly complete the PROBE questionnaire, offline or online
* Create a user to link questionnaires that you completed at different time points
* Receive notifications when it’s time to repeat the questionnaire
* Complete the questionnaire as a guest (no login required)
* Save an incomplete questionnaire and come back to it later
* If you live in Canada, simply login using your MyCBDR account
