Terrible user experience. No linking between features & functionalities. Features built are just for the sake of building, without thinking through the use-case. Reasonable user wouldn’t want to: 1. Know the live location of the mode of transport, without knowing the ETA of the mode of transport. NO USER WANTS TO GUESS THE ETA. 2. Want to find the best mode of transport him/herself. A reasonable user would: 1. Identify the destination 2. Be suggested the best mode of transport, based on the current location, with the ETA (whether based on live location & traffic of the transport or the ETA already accounted for the live location) 3. Be suggested the best station/ time to onboard based on the mode of transport 4. Start the journey by knowing when should arrive at the pick-up point. (Otherwise no point continue with that mode of transport) 5. Being notified when journey started & when to drop off. But the management of this publicly funded entity decided to place some potatoes for the role who decided to throw the feature of live location & route suggestions & journey planning, all separately. Man, flow above is basically GoogleMap flows. Not like you’re cracking something fresh on this mother planet. Bravo. Whoever designing the user journey, you need to be better at your job.

Downloaded this app. Try to register but never got the OTP email (email is correct). Then registered an account via the website, but unable to login using the app. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thank you.

Doesn’t show the bus movement and estimate arrival. Please fix

When typing the destination is kept loading for so long and not showing the suppose route to take. Please take a room of improvement, don't create an app just for the sake of it without any benefit to users.

the app is just nice but the glitches is normal but the thing that piss me off worse is the bus timing its like the driver really drive it whenever they felt like it

Tak accurate langsung masa bas and sometimes kena tunggu lama bru bas smpi. Almost an hour and above kena tunggu.please make it accurate with the live location of the bus.

I was trying to travel from Cyberjaya to Mutiara Damansara, but the app directed me to the wrong platform. Thankfully, I wasn’t in a rush. I had to rely on Moovit, which—despite the ads—accurately pointed me to the right platform for the MRT. As a local app, Pulse should offer more accurate guidance, especially for public transport routes. It’s essential to keep platform information updated since not everyone is familiar with commuting around Klang Valley. Please review and promptly correct any routing issues to improve the experience for all users.

After waiting for some time for the bus due to the bus driver lateness, I feel betrayed when the bus arrived near the bus stop just for the bus driver not to stop there even though i’ve raised my hand for the bus. There’s a reasons why the public transport at Malaysia especially bus are not preferred by the citizens, and one of them is due to the negligent bus driver, coupled with unstated bus stop that didn’t have any sitting spot.

The app shall works to eliminate the cramps or heavy queuing at the service counter in which doesn’t need to go there, but end up after purchasing must have to redeem it at the counter, really no point at all. Also redemption process take a lot of times. Very wasted.
