Dear developers, please fix problem with logging in in app, when I’m trying to enter app it’s popping up window with action of update required, but when I go to AppStore it has only option to open, no update available. Regards

I have the same problem like in previous comment. I have already updated MyRCL and now I can’t open it. Could you, please, fix this problem! Thanks!

Dear friends! There is an issue with updates to a new versions! When you lunch an app it wants you to update to the latest version and then when you go to App Store to do that you can not! On the page it says about the improvements of the new ver. But it allows you only to open an app. There is no “update” button but only “open”. It doesn’t do updates. It’s not the first time I have this problem. I hope you will take a look at it! Thanks

Can't such a huge company let the technical department take this app seriously? can't log in to my account at any time

This app is not working anymore. I can’t login. Useless service

I downloaded this app for our upcoming cruise, but have not been able to login. Not very helpful.

The app stopped working, can’t log in anymore

Have not work since latest updates on myrclhome.

The app is giving erros can’t log in anymore from the last changes updates.
