Super annoying
So first off it’s a pain to add items, when you do finally figure it out the “connecting” pages are annoying. When you add items it does not save the size or colour, you have to manually enter into app and when you click on the item it brings you to the generic page with the default options selected so if you have less than attentive or tech savvy guests you’ll be getting all your gifts in whatever default size or colour option the page brings them to. Don’t waste your time. I spent 20 minutes figuring out how to add the gift just to find this out.
Not bad
So far so good, I just wish it allowed more than just one person to add gifts to the registry. My husband wants to be involved in adding gifts but he has to get me to do it for him. Seems a little archaic that they assume only the mom has an interest in creating the registry.
Like the ability to add gifts from pretty well anywhere, that’s handy, and to be able to sync your amazon list as well.
Why can’t I stay logged in?
Why does it always log me out? The purpose of having the app vs always going on my computer i want to STAY logged in.
Adding gifts is easy but it’s constantly logging me out and multiple times in the same day.
FIX THIS
Returns/exchanges are a nightmare
Stores state they are unable to access purchase information and MyRegistry states that returns/exchanges have to go through stores directly. This leaves me stuck in the middle unable to exchange any items. It is SIGNIFICANTLY better to register with stores directly to avoid this hassle
Best Canadian Option
I started using a different well recommended registry but quickly realized it wasn’t very Canadian friendly. The currency and shipping options for MyRegistry were way easier to use.
I do wish it had exclusive products, discounts, and a better in app shopping experience but for my Canadian girlies this is definitely the better option.
Keeps Crashing
Even after updates the app keeps crashing when I try to add or view any lists of recommended gifts. It’s super annoying and I can’t use the app because it happens constantly! Makes using the app pointless :(
Customized card issue
Overall is good, but when I try to send my customized card the app closes.
Love it, but…
Super convenient to aggregate registries items from across many different stores. Love the ability to sync store registries, or to add items individually. Would rate 5/5 but the app / website functionality and UI needs some work. Most annoying is that you can’t ever be logged in on more than one device. Makes it frustrating to constantly log in just because you switch to your computer browser, or your iPhone app, or your spouse logs in on their device.

SO EASY TO USE!!
I love this app!! Using it for a bridal shower registry and the app has lists in categories for everything you need!! It’s a checklist so you can keep track of everything, so easy to add links! Gives recommendations! With every item you add you have the option to add notes such as size, colour etc! Go check it out!!
