Good customer care service and best bike
Poor quality app
The app stops working on its own. Logs out on its own. Does not send OTP most of the times. The distance travelled mentioned on the bike and on the app is different. Looks like the developers of the app are the same ones who work at the service center, the ones least bothered about customers and providing service to them!

Please don’t buy this bike, they will tell it will go 150 km mileage but it will give only 90km and service centre is full of lies. They don’t even know how to talk to customers
