E quem não tem um telemóvel que comece por 9? Quem apenas tenha um número não português? Não se pode registar. Pois…

Erro de comunicação

A app está sempre a dar “Erro de comunicação”, e não é da minha net de certeza, e tenho a versão mais recente da app no iPhone 13. Também, assim que ponho o número do BI ou e-mail o sistema já não me deixa mudar. Quando tento comprar o bilhete diz que os dados dos passageiros estão incompletos mas também não me deixa mudá-los. Já actualizavam a app…

You can book but the ticket isn’t in the app

Devs: - When paying with PayPal the order doesn’t complete effectively in the app. You have to take a step back and exit the order. - it does go through but the the ticket isn’t available in the app. - instead you get an email. Makes for a very unpolished app experience.

Demasiada burocracia

Demasiada burocracia! Pede CC, morada PORTUGUESA e afins… n tendo morada em Portugal não se pode viajar de autocarro???? Um bilhete comprado na bilheteira não pede nada destas coisas. Uma aplicação inútil e controladora

Can’t login.

Use to be simple to use until it logged out and that was it. Nothing one can do to make it work again since I don’t have the details and no way to retrieve them.

Fantastic app for getting around Portugal

Just coming to the end of a longish trip to Portugal and found this app so easy to use an handy for getting around the country. It's got offline station locations so you can find where you need to go when you're away from wifi (I don't like paying the extortionate amounts for roaming data - I also downloaded Navmii offline maps before I left so I could do navigating without data). And you can buy and download your tickets to the app. It never failed me. Fab.
