Poor network no one is helping

Application is not working properly. After 6-10 Days I have to uninstall the app and have to install again. Bcz after few days it shows like session is time out and when I tried to login again it shows session is time out. Then I uninstall the application and then again install it then and then application is working perfectly but only for few upcoming days 😶.

When I got new connection i was given extra free sim for tablet(free)which I never used. But extra unexplained charges for that $35+$10+$10 + tax were added in my bill.
Data top up is adding every month
App is not good , not many features
Very slow and not user friendly.
