Easy to view my account and shop online with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend especially those in abroad. Thank you safaricom.
Can’t get my Roaming to work
It’s been 2 years, can’t get my roaming to work even after getting my sim changed 2 times. And I’m the one treated like a thief.
Baaaad -toooooo buggy and very unintuitive.
Bure kabisa
Constant spam
Safaricom is constantly spamming me with promotional text messages and there is no way to disable notifications in the app. I get at least 3 spam messages from a day and it’s incredibly annoying
Service errors
Mpesa services not reliable. Sending money throws error 502 and no response or message that shows if the sending money went through or not, sometimes it throws the error and withdrawals successfully
C:S is Terrible
I need to speak to a c/s rep on the phone. There does not appear to be any way to get a human being on the phone … only automated selections. It does not appear that “SafariCom is for you.”
